Candace Kinser has formally advised the EROAD Board that she will retire as an independent Director effective 24 July 2020.
Ms Kinser joined the Board in 2014 and is a member of both the Remuneration, Talent and Nomination Committee and Finance, Risk and Audit Committee.
EROAD Chairman Graham Stuart said that “from her experience in growth and technology companies, Candace contributed valuable insights and guidance to EROAD during her time on the Board. I would like to thank her for her years of service on the Board.” Ms Kinser’s experience includes as CEO of NZTech, science software company Biomatters and as an advisor for global data analytics company Palantir.
EROAD CEO Steven Newman said that “I am very grateful for Candace’s support and guidance during her time as a director on the Board. I wish her all the best for her future endeavours.”
