EROAD has strengthened its commercial partnership with TR Group, with TR signing up to fit its entire rental fleet with EROAD.
The two companies formed a partnership in June 2011. Since then, EROAD's Eruc and telematics product has become the industry standard, with TR telematics becoming a major part of the sales channel. A majority of the TR telematics team have now taken up roles at EROAD to service the industry directly on EROAD’s behalf.
Under the agreement TR customers can choose to maintain their funding and lease agreements with TR Group, with account management shifting to EROAD. Support will continue to be provided by EROAD's 0800 helpdesk. If an existing EROAD user rents a TR vehicle, they will now be able to instantly integrate it into their own fleet telematics.
